Keta Bill is a children's choral/music/dance teacher in the bay area. She is happy to be joining LEAP this fall. She has been teaching children the joys of music and performing since 1992. She also privately teaches early piano and guitar and singing. She has a BA in Theatre and Music from Western Illinois University.

Keta works with a variety of organizations as an independent contractor, such as The San Francisco Arts Education Project and Brisbane Dance Workshop. She is also a staff teacher for Oberlin Dance Collective (ODC) with their Little Rabbits Program for children ages 2 to 4.

As well as working with children she also performs in a variety of dance bands as a soul and popular music singer. Recently she created “Keta Sings Dusty” —a tribute show to the late pop singer Dusty Springfield.
